My goal is to help you get out of the pain and fear cycle and get back to

You will receive a treatment plan that is tailored to address your unique combination of physical imbalances and lifestyle challenges. As a Physical Therapist, I incorporate manual therapy, exercise guidance, and pain coaching into my treatment approach.

Restore confidence in your

body

If you are struggling with pain that has not improved with traditional measures, my approach may be the answer. You can restore hope, energy, and physical freedom. You can feel like yourself again.

You no longer have to feel alone in this struggle. I will partner with you in uncovering your triggers that lead to flare-ups and in finding alternative ways to calm your nervous system.

Experience a

calm mind

We will find techniques to calm your mind so you can be present. Pain and thoughts about pain do not need to overshadow your experiences.

Your First Step Towards Well-Being

I Get It

My approach incorporates the whole person – their Mind + Body + Spirit, rather than just their physical symptoms.

In my 21 years as a physical therapist, I learned how pain impacts several aspects of our lives, including relationships, work, sleep, mental and emotional well-being, to name only a few. And these aspects also affect our pain experience.

Based on experience and research, I believe that chronic pain is often a combination of how our physical bodies interact with our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By exploring all of these areas, we have the ability to turn down the volume on pain.

About

Comprehensive Wellness Plan

Taking The First Step

We will begin with a complimentary 20-minute call to get to know each other a bit. Due to the intimate nature of this work, we will want to make sure we’re a good fit and that I feel I can help you.

The Process

We begin with a thorough exploration of physical, emotional, and environmental factors that may be contributing to your pain struggle. I use this time to provide insight into how your brain processes pain based on your specific condition.

Together, we will set achievable goals that are meaningful to you and design a plan to accomplish them. This is a crucial step in breaking free from the pain and fear cycle so you can get back to the things and people you love.

Your Accountability Partner

To achieve the best outcomes, we will evaluate your progress on a regular basis and make adjustments accordingly. I will help you to “re-wire” your nervous system from a high-alert state that contributes to pain into a calm, safe state. In addition, between our sessions, you will receive tailored thought-work to address your specific obstacles.

Success Stories

Happy + Healthy Clients

"Before working with Tiffany, I felt I had exhausted all of my options except for surgery. Since working with Tiffany for the past 6 months, I am regaining my confidence to work out and have lost a few pounds. I have less anxiety about flare-ups and am also having less pain. I feel much more confident about knowing how to manage my pain by setting healthy boundaries with others and prioritizing my health needs."

~ Jill J.

"Tiffany helped me look at some areas in my life that were likely keeping me in pain. After 4 months of working with Tiffany, I have created a few small routines to manage my stress, prioritize short workouts throughout the week, and to avoid catastrophizing when I start to feel some back pain. She also used hands-on manual therapy which helped so much more than past treatments that were mostly exercises or dry-needling. While I still have a little ways to go, I feel better physically and mentally than I have in a long time."
